Holistic healing has been my lifelong companion. Inspired by my mother and driven by the need to manage life-threatening allergies, I turned to natural therapies, defying doctors’ predictions and healing in ways I never thought possible. My journey taught me the transformative power of listening to the body. I became certified in Muscle Testing, an instructor of Touch for Health, and a Reiki Master, building a practice that integrates body wisdom with energy healing.
